What I Did
Built an interactive calculator interface using JavaScript to handle user inputs, complex financial calculations, and immediate results generation based on user interaction. Delivered a production-ready tool that remains live and in use years after initial development.
Technical Initiative & Leadership
Spearheaded a critical initiative within the internal digital services group to integrate SFMC request types under formal corporate SLAs. Partnered directly with leadership across separate business units and divisions to map out new workflow steps, drive operational consensus, and scale internal service offerings.
