The Work

Migration of e-commerce transactional emails from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to HubSpot.

What I Did

With another HubSpot developer, built HubL email templates for order confirmations, backorders, and abandoned carts, mapping incoming order data into template logic so each email renders the right products and details.

Defined the data each email needed by reviewing the existing AMPscript templates and field documentation, then designed the order-data payloads that feed the templates and validated them with test sends.

Wrote handoff documentation with sample payloads and field notes for the integration partner.
