TrustBridge Compliance
Bespoke HubSpot Theme and Site Launch

Project Overview
Client Partnership
As the sole developer, I work in close collaboration with a small, highly expert team in the compliance field, from the initial assessment and estimate through a phased build-out that's still underway. Regular status and review meetings keep priorities clear, and in between, I build out new pages and handle the team's change requests and content updates.
About the Client
TrustBridge Compliance provides SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, and NIST 800-171 audit services and readiness support.
The Work
An independent engagement to build and launch TrustBridge Compliance's new HubSpot website.
What I Did
I developed a custom, bespoke HubSpot theme for TrustBridge Compliance, built from their brand guidelines and owned by the client, so the site isn't tied to a marketplace theme vendor for future updates. I developed locally with the HubSpot CLI, with the theme under version control.
I used AI tools to speed up delivery, with clear guardrails and a deliberately limited scope. I bring 20 years of development experience to how I use them, which means knowing what to look out for and where the output needs a closer review.
The module library includes hero banners with image focal point and text overlay controls, content modules with flexible style options, a lead generation form module, and blog templates. Several unrelated companies share the TrustBridge name, so I added site-wide organization structured data to help search engines connect the site to the right company.
Every module responds to the width of the column it sits in rather than the browser window, using CSS container queries, because HubL has no way to know a module's column width when the page renders.
We launched in phases so pages went live and began indexing as they were ready, rather than waiting for the full site.
For a future phase, I've scoped the implementation of a searchable public certificate register: visitors enter a certificate number and see whether it's valid, with certificate records managed in HubSpot and associated with the certificate holder's Company record.
